As many of our products fall under lifestyle, gifting, jewellery, stationery, and personal-use categories, all sales are considered final.

Damaged Product Policy

We understand that unforeseen issues can occasionally occur during transit.

A replacement request will only be considered if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.

• The damage must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.

• The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

• The original packaging must be retained until the claim has been reviewed.

Important

Claims for damaged products cannot be processed if:

• An unboxing video is not provided.

• The video does not clearly show the damage.

• The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
